About Me
Hey, Y'all! (Is that Texan enough for you or should have I started with "Howdy"?) Anyways, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Aubrey Garnett and if you haven't already guessed it, I'm a portrait photographer and blogger, but that's not all I am. I am also a Diet Coke aficionado, an avocado enthusiast, an advocate for pineapple as a pizza topping, and on the days I'm not in class at Brigham Young University, you can find me editing photos on my couch with an episode or two (or 15) of FRIENDS playing in the background while I recite each line as if I starred in the show myself.
To give you a little bit of background information, I grew up in a small Texas town about 20 minutes west of Fort Worth where I fell in love with the art of photography at the age of 13, ever since then I have been photographing just about everything and everyone I come in contact with. I have just recently moved to Provo, Utah to continue my education and to switch up my environment. Although I now wake up to beautiful mountains surrounding me, that I hope to soon photograph you in, I miss being able to see flat land for thousands of miles on end.
A few things you must know about me is that I love to work with people, I have a very outgoing personality and will do just about anything to make you laugh. My photography style is pure and vibrant, instead of photographing the external version of you or you and your loved ones, I try my best to incorporate the uniqueness of your heart and soul in each photo. I can't wait to create the photo shoot of your dreams!
